The Nanaimo Shipyard, Victoria focuses on similar projects as its parent shipyard in Nanaimo. However, it has a niche market in that it is able to accommodate larger ships, up to 100,000 DWT, and up to 356 meters in length. NSV uses
the Esquimalt Graving Dock which is owned by Public Works and Government Services Canada. The company also carries out dockside work at the Canadian Navy's Fleet Maintenance Facility (FMF Cape Breton) in Victoria and has dockside facilities located therein.
